Ministry launches campaign to encourage enrollments in Emergency Medicine Specialization Schools

Today we launch the campaign

#NoiSalviamoVite (#WeSaveLives) that the Ministry of Health wanted to promote together with Items (Italian Emergency Medicine Schools), to encourage enrollments in Specialization Schools in Emergency Medicine.

As I have been repeating for some time, this discipline has progressively recorded a lower rate of adherence and a high rate of abandonment. Yet these Schools train fundamental figures for the National Health Service. It is inconceivable to have Emergency Room and hospitals without emergency doctors or, I think of oncological diseases, without pathologists and radiotherapists.

This was explained by the Minister of Health, Orazio Schillaci, speaking at the ministry at the launch event of the national campaign of the Ministry of Health #NoiSalviamoVite.

Other specializations such as Pathological Anatomy and Radiotherapy also have the same problems.
