Scientific Rationale
The School of Specialization in Emergency Medicine, which is among the recently established Specialization Schools, has acquired increasing importance in recent years, becoming the tenth most chosen School among the 51 available in the current academic year.
The congress aims to be an opportunity to expand knowledge (epidemiological, clinical, psychological and ethical) and help the future emergency physician to have full knowledge of the main diagnostic procedures and laboratory and instrumental investigations.
The program is structured to include both lectures and technical-practical workshops, very useful in concretely teaching techniques and procedures to be performed in the emergency setting.
